The name of the company stems from its owner’s naturally inquisitive nature. He frequently questions things, though never the ability to deliver high-quality entertainment. As reflected in the company’s name, he often asks himself reflective questions. During a pursuit to achieve a goal in Junior High School, his peers would frequently ask, "Why Warren?"

Why Warren Entertainment Inc. started as a vision from founder Warren L. Booker, Jr., sparked by the success of his debut production in 2007. Inspired by this achievement, Warren officially incorporated the company in the summer of that same year. As a minority-owned theatrical production company, wHy wArReN eNtErTaInMeNt Inc. creates relatable, real-life stage plays that resonate with diverse audiences.
